Steel Ball Club strives to deliver a world-class entertainment experience. We offer clear, fair policies regarding session bookings, private suites, and starter ball packages.
1. Information Collection & Governance
Session Cancellations: VIP Sound Capsule and Machine reservations can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full 100% refund up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time via our online portal or concierge hotline (+61 8 9322 4118).
2. Processing, Purpose & Security
Private Venue Buyouts: Group and corporate event bookings require a 48-hour cancellation notice for a full refund of deposit funds.
3. Individual Rights & Compliance Contact
Technical Malfunctions: In the rare event an arcade cabinet experiences a hardware fault during play, your allocated balls will be immediately transferred to an adjacent cabinet of equal or higher tier with a complimentary 500-ball courtesy bonus.
