By entering the Steel Ball Club premises or making a reservation via our digital portal, you agree to comply with the following terms, conditions, and parlor codes.
1. Information Collection & Governance
Age Verification: Entry is strictly restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. Photographic government ID (Passport, Australian Driver's License, or Proof of Age Card) must be presented upon request at reception.
2. Processing, Purpose & Security
Gameplay & Conduct: Cabinets must be operated using standard touch methods. Tampering with glass, kicking machine housings, or interfering with ball delivery chutes is strictly prohibited and results in immediate forfeiture of balls and venue ejection.
3. Individual Rights & Compliance Contact
Ball Policy: Calibrated steel balls remain the property of Steel Ball Club and are intended solely for amusement inside the venue. Balls may be stored in your digital pass or redeemed at the Prize Boutique in compliance with WA regulations.
